By visiting our website and/or purchasing men's fashion products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. 2. Pricing, VAT & How Our Contract Is Formed

• Currency & Pricing: All transactions on sterling-hayes.com are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP £). All prices shown include VAT at the applicable UK rate. Prices may change from time to time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• Service Scope: We sell and deliver products across the United Kingdom. All orders are subject to product availability.
• Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
• Order Refusal Rights: We may refuse or cancel an order before it is accepted, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised commercial resale, or billing inaccuracies. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund you in full to your original payment method.

3. Your Consumer Rights & Returns

We strive to ensure complete accuracy in our product descriptions, photography, sizing guides, and specifications. All purchases made on our storefront are backed by our 30-day return policy with £0.00 restocking fees, which extends your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement. Where a product's price is obviously and unmistakably incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, and we will contact you to let you know before doing so.

6. Governing Law, Disputes & Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
